Transportation Alternatives President Ned Einstein was recently engaged in a Colorado case (Martinez v. Denver RTD) where an intoxicated, developmentally-disabled adult fell against the side of the bus, and was crushed by its outside rear tire, as the bus pulled away without the driver “clearing his mirror.”
